Term 2008 TREASURE
HUNT AND TEA - Sunday 4th May, 2.30pm ST BRENDAN’S FAIR
- Saturday
10th May, 12noon - 4pm Games,
refreshments, bouncy castle, BBQ, entertainment, fun for all. Any donations of
cakes, plants, toys, bottles, raffle prizes, please bring to Church on the day
of the Fair.
ANNUAL WALK TO PEEL
- Sunday 13th May, 1.30pm Our
annual walk to Peel along the old railway line by KB Club children, families,
friends and dogs. Do as much or
little of the route as you can. Transport
provided at various points along the route to take you back to Church.

APPEAL
COFFEE SHOP - Saturday 17th May, 10.00am
- 12.30pm A
Coffee Shop in the Church hall, for refreshments, cakes, bacon baps, items for
sale - all to raise money for the new Church hall. Do call in! TT FAMILY SERVICE - Sunday
1st June, 11.15am TT CAKES FATHERS DAY
- 15th June After
KB Club (at 12.15pm) the children will present a few items to parents/
grandparents/ uncles/ friends in the hall. KB CLUB ANNUAL
OUTING - 20th
July - Meet in Hall at 12.30pm Children,
adults, friends meet in the Church Hall after KB Club, drive in their own cars
to a destination for picnic, games, ice-creams etc. If weather is good we will head for a beach or park.
If raining we will have our lunch in another Church Hall and play games.
So please bring what the weather dictates (swim costumes / sun tan lotion

Join us for a Treasure Hunt (by car) followed by Tea at 5pm.
Start at Grandstand at 2.30pm

After the Family Service at 11.15am, you are invited to join us on the benches
to watch the TT Mad Sunday riders pass the Church. Please bring your own packed
lunch. Once again, Lloyd Shipstone will give free (slow) rides to children on
his motorbike on the Church grounds. Children may borrow a bike helmet, or for a
better fit, bring your child's cycle helmet.
If you can bake a homemade cake or buns for the TT refreshments, or help out for
an hour or two with washing up / serving, please do let us know, we are always
grateful for any support.
