Church electoral roll
The Church Electoral Roll Officer reported on the new Church Electoral Roll. The number on the new roll was 182 (186 in 2010).

Report of proceedings of Parochial Church Council
1. Constitution
The Parochial Church Council consists of the Vicar, 25 lay members (of whom 10 are ex-officio members and 15 are elected representatives of the laity) and one co-opted member. 5 elected members and one co-opted member retire now.
2. Meetings and officers
The Council first met following the Annual Parochial Church Meeting on 12th April 2010 to elect its officers, as follows:
Vice-chairman Mrs Caroline McDonald Secretary Mr Kenneth Gumbley Treasurer Mrs Brenda Kay Church electoral roll officer Mr Thomas Cowell Ordinary meetings of the Council were held on 19th July, 13th September, 8th November, 13th December 2010, 10th January and 14th March 2011.
3. Committees
The Council has a Standing Committee, a Fabric Committee, a Worship Committee, an Education and Mission Committee and a Social Committee, which have met from time to time. It also has a Fund-raising Committee for the purposes of the Hall project.
4. Activities
The Council has completed Phase 2 of the Hall project, consisting of the new hall and associated rooms, which were opened on 21st November 2010.

PCC Accounts for 2010
The examined accounts of the Parochial Church Council for the year ended 31st December 2010, and an examined statement of the funds and property in the hands of the Council as at 31st December 2010, were presented by Mrs B Kay (Treasurer).
Vicar and Wardens' Trust Accounts for 2010
The examined accounts for the year ended 31st December 2010, and a statement of the funds and property as at 31st December 2010, of the ecclesiastical charities administered by the Vicar and Churchwardens were presented by Mrs B Kay (Treasurer).
Annual Fabric Report
Mrs C McDonald Williams on behalf of the Churchwardens reported on the fabric, goods and ornaments of the parish church pursuant to s.5 of the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991.
Report of proceedings of Diocesan Synod
Mr K F W Gumbley reported on the proceedings of the Sodor and Man Diocesan Synod in 2010.
