The third edition of this work, replacing that issued in 1998, is now available. It includes (inter alia) annotated, up-to-date texts of Acts of Tynwald relating to the Established Church in the Isle of Man, Measures of the Church Assembly and General Synod which extend to the Isle of Man subject to modifications, and Measures enacted pursuant to the Church Legislation Procedure Act 1993 (of Tynwald). In particular, it includes the Clergy Discipline Measure 2005 as it has effect in the Isle of Man. The text shown is that in force on 1st January 2006.
